Fantastic hotel, fantastic location!!! You couldn't be any closer to the slopes without staying on the slopes. Very nice hotel, great facilities. Huge choice for breakfast. Rocco in the bar is a star. Some people have moaned about how hot it is in the rooms and yes it was warm but if you open the window a little it's fine..... Who'd have thought that......

Very good hotel, clean and tidy. Great service from all the staff and very welcoming. All very attentive through out our stay, would happily book same hotel for our ski holiday next year

Really enjoyed our stay, this is our 2nd time at the hotel. Breakfast is of a good standard. Rooms and building could do with an upgrade but for the amount of time spent in hotel it didn't bother us. 5min walk to ski lift (clotes), hotel mini bus also on hand to take you to lifts if you don't want to walk. Good location.

The staff are just amazing and the sauna is great after a long day in the slopes. Breakfast is nice and simple but very tasty. Location is perfect, short walk to the slopes

The hotel is situated within a five minute walk of the town and ski slopes at Campo Smith and a the free ski bus stops outside. We travelled with our 2 children and found the quality of the apartment and equipment to be ideal for our needs and exceed our expectation. There was plenty of hot water and good heating with clean towels provided. The hotel is very close to the Porta Nuova train station. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. I loved the fact that there were quite many coffee bars where I could buy freshly baked croissants and pastries. The room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. What makes this hotel outstanding was the friendliness of the staff at the reception. I felt immediately welcome. Upon arrival I was given a larger room than the one that I booked. Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and spoke good English. The waitress Valererly really looked after us, as did the gentleman on reception when we arrived. Everyone seemed happy and had a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Also, great place to run our dog.

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Hotel situated in a great location, Hotel is clean and a true boutique hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing and really hope to settle in and give great suggestions for places to eat in the evening. Room was clean tidy and Aircon was fantastic along with a very comfortable bed which insured a good night sleep. Now looking at booking next year it was that good.

The space and facilities of the room —or rather rooms, because there was a separate sitting room and kitchen— were excellent. Rather than the hotel room I expected, this was effectively an aparthotel . The well appointed kitchen enabled me to make myself simple meals there . The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very central , and the staff friendly and helpful. Altogether an excellent address in Central Turin.

Great hotel in a great location in Val-d'Isère, large car park with easy access to the hotel. Very helpful staff, friendly and knowledgeable for places to visit in the town. The bar and bar staff were great with games and cards available. The gym is tiny and can only hold three people before it’s full. The hotel is in close walking distance to local bars and restaurants.
