A beautiful classic hotel next to the train station and city centre. Lovely rooms, spa and an amazing roof terrace. The staff were excellent, and we really enjoyed our 3 nights here.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic location!!! You couldn't be any closer to the slopes without staying on the slopes. Very nice hotel, great facilities. Huge choice for breakfast. Rocco in the bar is a star. Some people have moaned about how hot it is in the rooms and yes it was warm but if you open the window a little it's fine..... Who'd have thought that......

Excellent hotel with good facilities and first rate service. Great bar area. Mini bus service to take you to the slopes and, located in old town, easy walking access to shops and restaurants. Perfect for our short Christmas ski break

The staff are just amazing and the sauna is great after a long day in the slopes. Breakfast is nice and simple but very tasty. Location is perfect, short walk to the slopes

The hotel is situated within a five minute walk of the town and ski slopes at Campo Smith and a the free ski bus stops outside. We travelled with our 2 children and found the quality of the apartment and equipment to be ideal for our needs and exceed our expectation. There was plenty of hot water and good heating with clean towels provided. There are a number of good places to eat in the town and we were surprised to find that there weren't queues everywhere due to half term. Would certainly...

We found the hotel really good. Obviously comfortable, the real difference is how friendly and useful the staff are. We loved the sumptuous breakfast and the spa is great! Thank you.

Junior suite tastefully decorated with nice finishes. Lots of old timbers used sensitively to create an old feel chalet with really modern amenities Big enough to suit a family with bunk beds as well as main bedroom. Large lounge and enormous outdoor terrace with city and mountain view. Staff were super friendly and welcoming.

Hotel is a converted car factory, with shopping mall nearby. The staff at reception was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. Also once I informed them I’ll arrive late due to my flight cancellation, they confirmed that I can check in even after midnight, and they upgraded my room too.

The hotel was generally good and everything was well catered for. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived and took time to get to know us and learn our names so they could greet us personally each time. What really stood out though was on the last day my wife broke her leg and ended up in hospital and the hotel were fantastic shuffling bookings around around I could remain in the room for as long as needed and dealing directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to worry about...

I stayed here with my wife, 2 year old and 9 month old for 2 nights whilst travelling northern Italy. It far exceeded our expectations, the breakfast was great, the rooms were massive and extremely clean. The staff reception were helpful and friendly. Overall a 5 star stay for a self catering apartment.

Good location, comfortable beds

This is probably one of the best hoteks I stayed in Italy. Room, building, staff were all spectacular. The hotel is close to major attraction points yet quite. Will definitely coming back
