on arrival very quick check in staff very helpful indeed room very spacious furnished okay fully fitted kitchen always like this hotel its exellent

Very helpful & friendly reception staff. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We felt safe wandering around the area. The cafe food at the hotel was nice. A lady offered free massage in the cafe, the massage was wonderful, thank you! Our room (304) was above the Main Street and was particularly noisy during the night, even with ear plugs in! Perhaps a room at the back would be quieter.

The pool is amazing and the food is great.

15 nights stayed in end april to may had a great stay good staff had problem with aircon in first room was switched to another room hassle free hot water in showers great pool when the sun is out with weekly pool parties what more can i say highly recommend and will stay again

Perfect for a stay in the city and close to the airport for convenience. Courtesy shuttle to the airport was excellent and hassle free.

Very Clean and luxurious property. Very nice and helpful staff who catered to every need.

Comfortable and clean room and hotel. Great location. Very helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed in a lovely, spacious three bedroom suite on the 3rd Floor. It was clean, well kept and had all the amenities we required (air con in each room, wifi, cable, cooking facilities, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, etc.) The staff were friendly and attentive to all of our needs. We made full use of the hotel's indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna which was free to use. The hotel was spotless and without question, we will stay here on our next visit.

Clean room, upgraded for free. Very helpful staff especially when we stayed during a typhoon. Good selection of breakfast also.

New batteries needed in TV remote. Shower badly leaking. Minor points but important.

Short but very sweet stay! People are very friendly and helpful. Very clean hotel room. Value for money and location are 10 out of 10! Would never think twice to stay there again!
