"The entry hall had a strong odor of an illegal substance. The lights in the room flashed constantly. The shower head was mounted 3 feet from the tub floor. The coffee maker was missing the single packet holder so you couldn’t brew coffee in the room. The elevator was broke so I walked stairs to the 3rd floor. The stair well has extremely hot and had a strong smell of mildew. "
