"All the staff were helpful, and the hotel has good places to eat. Aside from a few in the restaurants, most staff were fluent in English, so not much to worry about if you aren't fluent in Spanish. My biggest complaint would likely be how our room’s hardwood and tile floors were not cleaned frequently, so our feet would collect dirt and dust."

"Hot tub is only set up upon request. And they want a tip to set it up.... Did not expect that after exciting it to be included in the cost and accessible when the mod and weather allowed.... Otherwise a very nice, very safe feeling location. Staff was very helpful."
