The Renaissance is a beautiful hotel in the centre of Patriot Place with all its shops, bars & restaurants. The pool & gym are great facilities and laundry can be done at the hotel next door which is a bonus. The staff is outstanding - super friendly & helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had problem with first room they gave us but the staff changed it out for another. Got job. The staff was very helpful.

Great location near Harvard square. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was spotless and had everything we needed
