It’s very simple. This is a superb hotel in a wonderful location. So relaxed, so friendly and the food is delicious. The staff could not be better. It’s every bit as good as the photos!

The room (11) was excellent, spotless and constantly serviced. All of your staff are extremely pleasant, constantly smiling, helpful and friendly - a joy to be with! Kobe is wonderful, especially the raised table overlooking the bay. We'll be back. Thank you so much.

Ideally located hotel for meetings locally - Friendly and helpful staff

Brilliant yet relaxed

The location was stunning with a well landscaped garden.

Me any my partner stayed at Nomad for a 5 day that started just after Christmas and ended just after new year. We had a very warm welcome at the hotel and the cold flannels on arrival were a god send in the midday heat. Our room was generously proportioned and luxurious with a huge bathroom and a spacious balcony including day beds. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly, making all of their guests feel like individuals and they do all that they can to try and make your stay special and...

The manager was not fully clear in his communication and only by escalating the issue we were able to avoid a 31st December celebration in a very poor room. Unexpected from a 5 star hotel. An upgrade to junior suite was provided. Room, ambiance, front desk people very pleasant. Buffet food not at the 5 star level. Restaurant much better. Wi-fi very weak in...

Pre visit the communication was extremely efficient and prompt. Throughout our stay everyone was friendly and professional. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The environmental projects are well thought through, encouraged and managed. The food was excellent with a large variety and quality. We particularly...

The hotel and surroundings are lovely. They do not overshadow the staff, who were all extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and go the extra mile to help! Very impressed and will definitely be back.
