Lovely stay

Really great place to stay for families. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Excellent for families with with young children as there is sports equipment - football goals, trampoline and bikes to play on. There are also 3 washing machines and a tumble dryer so very useful if you have a longer stay. The stream is really nice for the kids to play in with tubes to ride down.

The owner was lovely, as were rest of the staff. We had a warm welcome and a tour of our room prior to check-in. The Superior room was incredible. Really nicely furnished, clean, plenty of complimentary amenities. We had an amazing meal in the evening - one of the nicest we've had in Slovenia, followed by an equally enjoyable breakfast. We arrived in the dark and the google map was most unhelpful sending us the longest way round. However, all this was forgotten when we received a warm welcome on arrival and were shown our first class room with views of the lake. This is really a summer resort and there are lots of walks available but as it was January and the ground was covered with snow we used the car and only walked on prepared paths. We stayed 4 nights at the Triglav Bled. We had a suite overlooking the lake; it is a most beautiful view. The hotel is a little way up the hillside so the walk up from the lake is quite steep. It is a very pleasant walk of about a mile round the lake to Bled. All of the staff at the hotel were excellent and made us most welcome. Nice spacious rooms with interesting decor throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the use of the spa and the breakfast was really good.

Great place

Very modern extremely clean hotel within 10-15 mins walk from town centre. All staff helpful, pleasant and polite. Room would benefit from a tea/ coffee facility given the price point.
