We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with an especially cozy bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Anna at the reception desk, who handled every question and request with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. The dinner was absolutely outstanding — truly Michelin-level cuisine,...

Comfortable, friendly, clean and interesting. The talk about the Roman Baths found under the property was great, and very good recommendations for what to do in Plovdiv. Very nice breakfast in courtyard.

Great value accommodation. Clean, modern and friendly. I doubt any hotel in Plovdiv offers nicer rooms. Give the place a go! Just don’t take a taxi.. always trying to over charge!

Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.

It is spacious and new, good quiet location with plenty to do inside.

Excellent hotel. Highly recommended.
