The lobby is a bit underwhelming, but the room was very niceโclean, spacious, and comfyโand the breakfast bar (which even has a whole outdoor seating area) was absolutely stellar. Very nice hotel for a first-time-to-Almaty stay."

"Old soviet hotel bed was ok not the best shower was ok just hard to get in and out of, breakfast was average, the room aircon struggled to keep room comfortable. ( black out curtain help) only recieved about 5-6 tv channels. The lobby, reception and banquet room were live every night with weddings and parties. Cant complain about the beer prices at bar."
