"The hotel is located in the new district of Tashkent called Tashkent city park, the area has a lot of restaurants and cafes with 1 minute walking distance from the hotel and within a short walking distance to Tashkent city mall. The room was spacious, clean with excellent soundproofing. The hotel staff were very helpful. Abdul Aziz the guy behind the concierge desk helped me book a train ticket to Samarkand."

"The only complaint that I have is that the front desk staff should be more informative about the festivals and the events and the places to see in town. Everything else was excellent, but getting information was basically nonexistence. Does that at the kitchen for breakfast were really professional, nice and helpful. The front desk staff were very helpful but they just didn’t have any information and the hotel itself was very very clean well maintained and we had a great time staying there."

"The concierge including Abdullah were helpful with making arrangements and addressing requests that I had. The property is well maintained and the location is very central. The rooftop restaurant Ember is one of the best restaurants in the city. The only issue is that the power in the room kept shutting off every couple of hours to conserve energy which was a little annoying."

"Hotel is really nice. It’s not in a prime locational f the city. You need to use a public transportation or taxi to get to the city center or major site seeing. Use the Yandex Go services there. Very reliable and cheap The breakfast was excellent. If you are a coffee guru -might be an issue, great tea choices. Would really recommend it"
