"Beautiful property, ended up with balcony room overlooking the lake. But somewhat difficult to transfer luggage and valuables from west lot, up elevator to room on east side of 3rd floor. Caution: very steep (almost hidden) drive access; came from several directions to find it, used 1st gear to descend and climb back up to street level"

"The staff at this hotel is excellent so kind so friendly. The lobby is beautiful. Note that this hotel does have some wear and tear, but it is *well worth* the value and the service. I would stay here again! It is a former holiday Inn express."
