All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. "Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area...."
