"Ac was not working in our room. Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area...."
