"We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my kids and overall had a very good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. Big shoutout to the hostess Jenifer Rangel — she was always so friendly and made sure everything was great during our stay. The only downside for us was the rule about no kids in the main pool, which we didn’t really like. Other than that, everything was really good."

"The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The food was very good at the buffet and the restaurants, especially Bella, the Italian restaurant. The staff was all very nice and helpful especially Aurelio (sp?) at the pool bar, and also Edulardo (sp?) at the beach bar. Aurelio worked so very hard at a crowded bar and was always so prompt and friendly. The drinks were excellent...very well mixed and with very good ingredients. The resort does not have much sandy beach area (not their fault), but other than that this was a really nice resort that we would be happy to visit again."
