"The first room we were in the heat didn't work. We didn't have any soap, shampoo, conditioner or lotion. We had one towel. We spent one night in this room and when nothing was happening with heat, we were moved to a different room. This room was better but the furniture was worn out, the microwave wasn't working properly and again the beds were uncomfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant, and that was good."

"Beautiful lakes and forest around the hotel great for hiking and to enjoy time outdoors. Staff is very friendly and professional. I enjoyed a lot the small details I went there with an infant and a dog, and they provide a baby crib and a dog bed for extra comfort"

"Very nice , overall! I appreciated the pool, hot tub and exercise room. They were very new and clean. The restaurant is incredible and the location is fantastic, as are the staff. The room could have been cleaner. The cleaners are likely not given enough time to clean as thoroughly as I like- there should not be a trace of the last person in the room, neither guest nor cleaner. "
