"Room was spacious and comfortable. They didn’t have any extras in the bathroom area (face wipes etc). Although they had a coffee maker and supplied coffee and tea, there was no prepared coffee and cookies available in the lounge area like most other hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"The room wasn’t too bad but the staff were less than friendly or helpful. There was no hand soap at all to be found in the room and even though I asked for some twice none was delivered. I also requested a crib for my child and I also could not get that..I could have brought my own but I’ve never not had the option to have one at any hotel. The restaurant was also awful service or should I say none since we couldn’t even get service during the evening and ended up leaving to order in from a different restaurant after a half hour of waiting without even being served drinks!! "
