"The hotel has been partially renovated but is in need of more renos. Also it could use some sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the TV in room next to us, although in fairness to the hotel I am not sure how loud they had the TV turned up. Over all it was okay for the price. The front desk staff were very friendly. The pool is small and there is no hot tub. Close to many amenities and restaurants. Short drive to WEM. "

"This hotel requires a modernization and some serious sound proofing. You can hear everything through the doors as if you were standing next to the person speaking. The furniture in the rooms is old and needs a refresh. There are no usb ports in the lamps on the night stand and the electrical plugs are few and hard to find. The staff was polite and friendly, but were just going through the motions. Getting out of the parkade was also a challenge. New signage and perhaps no trucks allowed in it as it is very cramped and driving through was like a parkour course. "

"Our experience was fine. Older hotel, so room had usual lack of power outlets. Also, shower head was extremely short. The parking was extremely limited, with a $30/night fee. I assume that they also have access to some of the adjacent impark lots, but that wasn't clarified for us."

"We have stayed at JPL a number of times a this is the first time we were disappointed. The construction I understand but the cleanliness of the pool and change room were horrible and when I mentioned to the staff they were rude and dismissive. I understand things get busy but we still paid a premium to stay and to have to clean up the shower cause of towel thrown everywhere and hair all over is a little over the top.. then to be told that if it bothered me maybe I could clean it up.. which I had was unexpected. "

"The water pressure in the shower is very low. I also observed a staff member in the breakfast area putting cereal from guests’ tables back into the main containers, which is extremely unhygienic. The chlorine level in the pool is too strong—you can even smell it from the lobby. Additionally, the $200 per room security deposit feels quite expensive, especially considering the overall quality of the amenities."

"The hotel itself and room were perfect. Breakfast was excellent offering a good variety of food. Coffee was very tasty. The pool could use better care - clumps of hair near the hot tub were not too appealing, the pool water could be a few degrees warmed and clearer. "
