"I sent a message the day before I suppose to travel there stating that there was a massive storm system moving through the 3 states that had to travel to with multiple tornados reported and I could not travel there. No one responded to me and even messaged later trying to explain again. Again no response and I was still charged for the stay. "

"My first room was put out of order after I asked to be moved. The ceiling in the shower was falling down and had fallen and as laying in the tub. Wall paper was falling off the wall and trim around the door was loose and trim on the wall. There was a hair in the shower wall that wasn’t mine. The next room was clean the entire property is outdated but Sandy at the restaurant in the evening made my stay she is awesome "

"The full size beds that they advertise at queens were horrible. "

"Parking was easy, in the first room the light switches were not working, the faucet handle was broken, the linens were dirty, there were metal parts coming out of the bed, very dangerous for walking closer to bed. TV didn't work. After complaining they give us the other room, which were not that great but better than the first one. The toilet water tanks had different lids, not belonging to the tank. Staff was friendly and helpful. "

"We picked this for the food, drinks, and hot tub, and it did not disappoint. Gluten free dining note - of course the options were limited but there was some food I could eat at both the dinner hour and breakfast "

"I booked and paid for a room with two queens. The hotel did not have that available yet kept my reservation and placed me in a king. I explained that I needed two beds for my 3 person stay and I wanted the room I reserved and already paid for. They would not accommodate my reservation and I had to wait for a refund and look for another hotel at night"
