"The floor of our room was dirty and had a pen under the chair, a piece of black plastic under the bed and the carpet needed vacuumed when we arrived. The tile at the pool could have been cleaned better and there were never enough towels at the pool. The front desk staff was not friendly or inviting. The door in the hotel room did not lock nor have a door handle so my toddler was constantly opening the door and getting into the restroom. "

We were switched to another room where the heat didn't work and we were forced to keep the room warm with the oven in the room which was extremely unsafe not to mention my daughter had a tick embedded in her skin and some type of bug on the wall.
