The only complain I have was my room smelled bad. It smelled like dirty laundry. Otherwise, staff were nice. There is a garden/sitting area outside which looked nice. There’s is a coin operated laundry room at the premise.

Nice breakfast. Great value for the money. The only issue is the extra $100 deposit on the room. That was strange.

This was my first time staying at this location and I will definitely be going back. My room was clean and smelled fresh at check in, the staffs were also very helpful and kind. I love the fact that I got to choose which floor I wanted to stay on 😄. The breakfast was also good. Can’t wait to go back 😄

I stay here with some frequency. Though rooms have been updated, there is still a good speak of noise from the hallways. I am all for conserving water, but the shower spray is ridiculously without much pressure. I had to shower longer than I normally would to sure all shampoo was rinsed out of my hair. Also, the price at$300.00 was just too high!

The hotel was bright and clean and the staff was friendly. However the cleaning staff needs to take a closer look at certain things when cleaning the rooms. The tissues in the tissue box in my room we used and stuffed back into the tissue box. It was really gross.

We enjoyed the fact that the breakfast was hot. The children loved the pancake maker even though it takes a few minutes. After 3 days we noticed our room wasn’t serviced with housekeeping when I asked the cleaning lady she said that you must request it at the check in desk. Overall good place for the price

Our two-night stay was very nice in almost every aspect. However, our room was never cleaned after the first night. The bed wasn’t made & there were no new towels. I called the desk & they asked how many towels I needed. After a half hour I went to the desk & was told the housekeeping staff was gone. No effort was made to send towels to the room or apologize. They gave me towels to carry to the room. Very unconcerned desk clerks.

Great hotel of you are hard of hearing
The hotel appears OK from afar. Check in was smooth. We had a hotel room on the 5th floor and unfortunately close to the elevators. There were wide gaps between the door and the frame. I initially thought the door was actually open it was so much space. We had a room that was connected to another room with someone we did not know. When they can back that evening we heard everything they said and I don't think they were abnormally loud. Everytime someone in the hall closed a door our beds shook. Whoever painted the bathroom left paint all over the back of the door, well I hope it's paint. I definitely saw crumbs on the floor that were not from us and the coffee was cold when we checked in. If you choose this hotel bring earplugs and ask for a room way down the hall. I got up and tried my best to close up some of the door gaps and used my pillows to try and insulate the adjoining door.
