Design is classy if a bit bland. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I did miss my in room coffee, although they had good coffee available in the lobby. "

"They did not honor the pre paid booking with Hotels.com. Said they didn’t have any more rooms at that price. Claimed that Hotels.com regularly overbooks. I’ve been traveling a lot lately and this was the first time I ran into that. They gave me a different (cheaper) room with no compensation back. Facilities are old, cheap, and not maintained well. Bathroom fixtures are old, cheap, and loose. Old carpet was stained and tile grout needed cleaning."
