His support, along with that of Mohsin during a memorable rooftop visit, really stood out and made us feel valued as guests. We would also like to recognise the wider team across the executive lounge, housekeeping, and front of house, all of whom contributed to a seamless and enjoyable experience. "I booked for a Business Suite with 1 bedroom and instead ended up in a studio style accommodation. There was no customary phone that you always find in any hotel room and had to go down to the lobby every time I needed something. There was no room service to change bedsheets/linen. The bathroom had a leak in its pipe which flooded the bathroom floor."
