The staff was friendly and accomodating. I liked the set up for making tea. Everything was neatly arranged and the kettle was part of the set up. What I didn’t like was the wicker tray in the bathroom that the toiletries was in. It didn’t look clean. I would have preferred it to be on something that can be washed and look clean instead of something that had “white stuff” on it that might have been toothpaste or soap residue.

There was Dust smell in the room which makes me irritated. The guy at the counter show me room that i like but the manager checkin me to another room which i didn't like......if you are paying more than 50k night and they dont have mouth wash i asked 4 times No fresh juice in breakfast 😢 Come on

Good family hotel for a short trip to Islamabad

It is a very good hotel situated on the outskirts of Islamabad.The location is good and easily accessible by car. The hotel and the room were excellent. We had a minor issue with the room upon check-in which was promptly addressed and the situation was handled well by the front desk manager. The entire staff was very polite and very accommodating. Will recommend to every one.
