"The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. "Stay at a different hotel. This one was beyond unacceptable when it came to cleanliness and customer service. The restaurants were both good. Housekeeping did not clean my bathroom on third day during my 8-day stay. I asked them to clean it for the next morning but course they didn't clean it nor did they clean it the third day. "We had a clean, spacious, and bright room. The breakfast was delicious. The entrance may be a bit confusing at first, as you drive through an archway, but it is easy to go thorough. The location is good, just steps from the Old Bazaar and within walking distance of Skopje’s main monuments. The hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience."
