Cenote Choo-Ha

The fully renovated property is amazing. Staff- special thanks to Mara at the district bar, Ana the supervisor, Jesus at the Sakura restaurant, Romano at the Mezcal bar, Guadeloupe at house keeping and the good lady at the Capuchino station. These people went out of their way to connect with guests and make your stay memorable. All other staff were excellent. Don’t, get swayed by any negative comments Food and restaurants- amazing Entertainment at nights can be better. It is amazing for Spanish speaking guests otherwise it is below average. I wish the planners can mix it up with performances in English or keep separate timings. It is funny that all guests don’t pay in Pesos. The hotel does need us to pay in Dollars and staff want tips in dollars so they need to make conscious efforts to make this change. Yes, the white party is fun and there you see an effort to mix the music and songs appealing to the younger crowd. Not every guest is in their 20s and 30s That is only part that is always lacking.

Amazing family experience!!! Highly recommend

The staff were friendly and professional. I pay attention to the unseen people: the cleaners and gardeners. They were very committed their work. The resort is nice (but could be better, still). I think the food could be more diverse. They only served fish at dinner and I eat more fish than anything else. Altogether, I would give then 7/10.
