"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. We were even able to borrow very good...

"Great hotel. Awesome staff, bar, pool, sauna and overall environment. Elevator seemed a bit shaky as we got stuck in it multiple times and had to press the floor button a couple of times to get it to let us out. The only real complaint was that the pillows were really too soft (I know right) but it was like there was nothing to support my head while sleeping so they were way to soft with no support. Woke up feeling like I had whiplash because of the lack of support. Minor complaint I suppose....
