Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Asked for an assessable room as I use a mobility scooter. The room was ideal but we didn’t have a balcony or patio which we had booked which was disappointing. Used the pool which was quite cold and was very deep, no shallow end. Perfect for an overnight stay on a long journey. Very friendly and helpful staff. Petrol station round the corner. Be mindful that there's no kettle/mugs etc in the room.
