"The staff were welcoming, attentive and quick. The room was clean and housekeeping came daily to freshen up the space. My suite was on the 7th floor and it was very quiet with no noise coming in from the outside. This was my second stay at this resort and while I want to say that the facility is what makes it special it isn't, it's the staff that make this place shine. Staff here are courteous, generous and go the extra step to make you feel welcome. That being said, I also saw a lot of rude guests that need to be more respectful with their trash. I would be very happy to stay here again in the future."

"Property and location is great. Entire staff great. Pro’s Supermax across the street- served great breakfast sandwiches and coffee. It’s a 24 hr market. They have EVERYTHING. There is free shuttle to beach that is a few minutes away. Towels and chairs provided. There is a bar and food for purchase at hotel. Nice pool open 24hrs & hot tub. I believe you can also get massages there. Con’s - parking $30 valet per day and if you book through a third party there is a $45 daily charge. $300 security deposit-"

"Clean. Good location within short walking distance to stores, restaurants and beach. Some small annoyances - bathroom door kept rolling open, shower door missing (though a fixed panel closest to the shower head kept most water from getting out onto the bathroom floor), room safe still locked from previous occupant, and shower drain was clogged (though hotel was quick to resolve it once alerted). Any one of these aren't worth mentioning alone, but together they suggest the rooms need a little QA between use beyond just being clean."
