"Upon check in staff was friendly given our room right away. Once we entered our first room the smelled so strong of pine sol it was overwhelming. Went back to front desk explained asked for another room they changed us for two queens to a king. Went to the next room seemed ok so we choose to stay in that room. Went down to hot tub that evening since we had been traveling and choosy this hotel since it had a hot tub. Got to pool/hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Explained to the staff the situation she said she would report it to maintenance. My wife asked about receiving a discount because of the problems we had experienced. She said to call on Monday to speak with the manager my wife thanked her and said she would call on Monday.
