"Turned up to hotel at 2.45 door locked with notice stating staff returning at 5pm. Still nobody at 5.15. Other clients arrived stating they had received an email from owner with code entrance and room number. We did not! Tried ringing owner.Taking the initiative we worked out from the register what rooms were taken so we took a key. The hotel is smelly, dark and very unwelcoming. Our room had staining around the toilet bowl no shower curtain so the floor was flooded and dangerous. There was...

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "
