"Great hotel in buckhead for the money"

"Everything was great! Checking in was backed up a bit and would’ve appreciated a tap to pay option for credit card. Staff were wayyy more helpful to other guests than us…but overall great stay. "

"Front desk staff was outstanding. Rachel was lovely to talk to, and ensured we received our breakfast vouchers along with a run down of the hotel amenities. Overall the staff was friendly. Two downsides to the room we stayed in. First, it had an odd musty smell, and secondly, when the shower runs the bathroom floor floods. I do want to add the room looked lovey, it might just need some additional cleaning. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the hotel is pet-friendly. "

"Everything was fine overall. Shower is poorly installed. Room 320. One side was higher than the other causing the glass not to seat in the guides, allowing it to swing in. I have a toddler so not very safe given how large and heavy those doors can be. The bottom is loose and poorly caulked allowing the floor to get very wet. The flooring is buckling beside the shower floor pan, so its obviously an ongoing issue. The pictures of the "luxury king" room on thr Expedia did not match what was reserved. After some digging, expedia was using pictures for the larger studio room that had things like a couch and flat top cooking stove in the gallery for the room i picked. That felt misleading so obviously it was less room and accommodations than what i was expecting. Which i was gonna use a pack and play for our daughter assuming we were getting a larger room. We have been double charged $50 for some reason and need to figure out what thats about, and i dont belive we have been given our deposit back yet. Food was ok. Not exactly hot, but not cold. There didn't seem to be anything mainting heat other than a heavy lid. Certainly wasn't warm enough to keep the cheese on the eggs melted. Drop off area was pretty tight. Wasn't a bad experience, but have definitely been to nicer places at the same price point. "

"Amazing hotel, great ambience. Was greeted with hot tea and a hot towel. The on site restaurant was amazing. The car service is nice to have and who doesn’t love a ride in a Porsche? Rooms were stacked with everything, super clean. The lighting in the room was amazing with three modes. Bed was comfy and I wasn’t mad at the view. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, at all. Close to Lennox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Plenty of food options nearby, as well. Definitely worth the cost."

"The room was clean. A/C worked properly, and the staff was fantastic!!"

"The breakfast bar was good. However, there were so many guests, there were no plates at times and some food items were not there. I also suggest that an additional coffee machine be added. There were times when 5 to 6 people were in line for coffee. The staff were very pleasant and looked like they were working hard. "
