"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."

"Fabulous break in the heart of the countryside with easy access to beaches. All amenities were superb: swimming pool, dining room, buffet breakfast, reception. "I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

Pleasant in Lecce

" This is not a Grand hotel in the sense of the Danieli or Excelsior, however, that is probably because they choose not to have a restaurant, even though they put out a sumptuous breakfast and have a commercial kitchen and plenty of staff. Our room had filthy old green carpeting, but we noticed in the long hallway that some rooms have modern wood flooring, which is much more sanitary I don't know why we weren't given the upgrade since we are hotel gold members. The only other issue was the parking which we tried to reserve well in advance, but was unavailable, which was disappointing since we have a brand new Mercedes-Benz . The staff was very pleasant and the bathroom was spacious and had the best shower of our trip. Overall, it was good value for the money and it's probably one of the better hotels in Lecce."

"Thank you for a wonderful stay at Arryvo in beautiful Lecce. Really easy to find, with a 10 minute walk from the station. And a lovely warm welcome on arrival. I really liked the modern style of the hotel, and yet you can step out the back door straight into the winding streets of the historic centre of Lecce. The a la carte breakfast was fabulous, with plenty of delicious choices, great coffee, and served with a smile. Great air-conditioned rooms and comfy beds for a good night sleep. Hopefully I'll be back again soon."

"The staff were amazing. From the moment we walked in, Matteo, Alfonso, Mansi were so warm and welcoming and seemed that they genuinely cared. Claudia in the wellness spa had such good energy and kindness as well. We would stay here again and am recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"I have managed luxury hotels in Canada for over 35 years and this hotel was amazing. I did not expect such amazing grounds, room, pool, restaurant, breakfast, amenities and such amazing staff.
