"Great area to vacation. I can’t recommend Banff enough. The Caribou Lodge was good overall. The Keg in the Lodge was amazing. Unfortunately the suite, for which we paid extra, had several maintenance deficiencies that soured our experience. Upon checkout, the staff didn’t bother to ask about our experience or I would have let them know our concerns. Will likely stay elsewhere on our next visit. "

Sincèrement, nous recommanderons chaleureusement cet hôtel. Nous avons eu du bois livré à la chambre ainsi qu'un appel de courtoisie. Merci d'avoir fait de notre voyage un moment magique "

"Everyone there was very nice. The stay was amazing, cozy and warm. I loveddd the cabin vibes they gave and how comfortable the beds were. I will definitely be coming back. They had free bus passes to get around the area which was great. The parking there was tight but overall the stay was wonderful. "
