"I'll preface with this was in my allowed price range for a work trip and in the area I needed. Had I known that there was a major cheerleading competition nearby that inflated hotel prices significantly, I would have stayed further away, especially for what I got for the price. The hotel was clean, staff helpful and friendly, and the bed was really comfortable - I have a bad back so the bed is always hit or miss. It was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. I didn't have any issues with the wifi. However, the public areas were a little run down and the room was a lot run down. The smoke detector was dangling from the ceiling; the entry and vanity lights were seizure-inducing with their flickering; the tub was resurfaced once upon a time, but 12"square chunks were flaking off; the curtains weren't hanging from all their hooks; there were stains in the carpet; the display on the AC unit didn't work; nicks and paint scuffs were on the furniture and walls; and the buttons in the elevator didn't all light when pressed. So, I wouldn't stay here again, when there are so many other hotels in the area."

"The room was in okay condition. The wallpaper was peeling in areas and the room had a moist smell to it, along with strong chemical smells in the room and hallways. Overall cleanliness was fair nothing out of the ordinary, did wish we received fresh linens more than the first night. We had to ask every night for new towels for the next morning. "

"The staff was very courteous. My room was clean upon entry. The bistro staff was wonderful to me. They made me steel cut oats off breakfast menu during dinner hours. I was recovering from illness and it was the only thing my stomach could tolerate. "
