"In the center of the cave properties, no parking , park outside , need to walk about 7 minutes minutes , receptionist was an older gentleman, not helpful, very little English, and somewhat unpleasant , if the property is restricted with parking, I think a detailed instructions how to park is necessary, he was not helpful at all!! However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs. People with mobility issues will definitely struggle at this hotel"
