"very gross hotel, not kept up at all. rooms are gross, hallways are gross. there are people who stay here for extended periods of time, who cook in their rooms and stink up the whole floor. i ended my stay early and booked elsewhere, because of how gross this hotel was. never again."

"This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm."
