"Very clean, great location for sightseeing. Tram route, Quake City, Memorial Wall and Botanical gardens all within easy walking distance, to name but a few. Friendly and helpful staff, although some minor communication issues. Good breakfast with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast and a choice of Bacon and eggs or eggs Benedict, plus juice, teas and coffees. Easy parking too. "

"This is a wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, clean and the best hit water pressure shower I have ever had. It is a perfect location to easily walk to all important places in town. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and enjoying meals. A perfect place to stay and very helpful to have laundry in the unit."

The location is perfect, with a short walking distance to popular places, such as Riverside Market, and not a long walk to the Botanic Garden.
