We stayed in junior suite for 3 nights in December for a winter spa holiday in the dolomites. From the moment of arrival, we were seamless looked after from parking our car, taking our luggages to our room, and toured the resort facilities by the check in team. The suite was absolutely stunning. It is elegant, stylish, modern and contemporary. and sumptuous. The danger is that you never want to leave the room lol. The spa & relaxation facilities were impressive throughout, especially the...

Breakfast is good, dinner is beautiful. Transfer to the ski lift is free of charge. Transfer is possible any day and anytime you need. Every evening the owner of hotel is greeting the guests and interesting about their staying.

5 star hotel with amazing rooms and facilities. The transport to the ski lifts was a needed bonus

Fantastic all round. Will be back thank you.

The friendliest and most helpful staff you will ever meet. Both spas were great. Location great. Rooms nice.

A beautiful hotel. Bath extremely high

Top-tier service across the board. The teams at reception, the restaurant, and the spa were all wonderfully welcoming and incredibly accommodating.

The hotel has a very nice location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, it’s a 10/15 mins walk only from the center. Very nice and available staff, the hotel is very well organized with a private transport service that drives you to the main ski lifts in a couple of minutes. Nice and cozy wellness spa area, very good continental breakfast and restaurant. The only little thing is the hairdryer in the rooms which is a bit old so it takes some time above all for women to dry hair. Overall,...

Excellent staff always on the spot and happy to help. The transport offered it is a great advantage, dropping to the required ski-lift everyday. The food quality and service was outstanding, Italian tradition maintained at higher standard including perfectly run restaurant hall. First time skiing there, slopes are slightly easier than other dolomites places and strongly recommend to buy ski pass on line. Looking forward to try summer and mountain bikes. The day I left the owner give me an...

Great hotel! The views are unreal, the staff are lovely and helpful, the food is fabulous and great value, the spa is nice.

Perfect stay for a family of four, couldn't fault it at all. We had a quadruple room on a half board basis and it worked brilliantly. The kids loved it, particarly the pool, and the food was great. All in all a wonderful stay and we will be back for sure next year.

Fantastic and friendly place to stay We stayed there with our family in early April. Everything is organized beautifully for a relaxing stress-free stay and skiing experience. Ski shuttle bus is there a call away to take you to the lifts or bring back to the hotel. Good recommendation from the hotel for equipment rental and ski school for our son. Room was comfortable, perfectly clean and very well designed for family on a skiing holiday Spa is well designed and very clean. Special thanks to...

We had a great time staying at the hotel. The décor is a bit dated, but the cleanliness is off the charts. The food was excellent, and the service impeccable, often anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. There’s a small swimming pool, a hot and wet sauna, and a relaxation room. Massages are also available to book at an extra cost. Probably one of the most effortless ski holidays we’ve had. Our rentals were delivered straight to our lockers (which are numbered by room), and to get on...

Very friendly and helpful staff
