"The staff were exceptional in the room was very clean. Four stars just because the AC unit wasn’t particularly effective… It was pretty old looking… Otherwise, a great stay with my two large dogs, which isn’t always easy… Many hotels put you in a gross room ha ha not here, and super nice staff."

"My issue is the thinness of the walls and the amount of noise that carries from room to room. The area is pretty quiet the noise came within the hotel, both the adjoining rooms and down the hall. Then the breakfast is served quite late for travellers that need to leave early so I went without. Otherwise an average hotel"

"The water pressure in the shower was poor. I have long thick hair so it took extra time to ensure that my hair was rinsed well. Some of the caulking was missing from the shower wall where two pieces come together on the long wall. This concerns me that moisture is trapped and mold is developing. Otherwise, the room was great; clean, comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I am in Great Falls for business."

"Downtown location good for business not great for general travelers. Homeless folks on the streets in the area. Garage needs signage showing it’s part of the property "
