"Comfortable room in a good location. Room and bathroom a little constricted but satisfactory. Room on groundfloor, which was good, but room opened onto a carpark and shutters had to remain closed. Good breakfast."

"The room was spotless. Staff was fantastic. The parking on site was a luxury we later discovered during our 4 weeks in Italy. This was our first night after our flight from New York. The goal was to dine at Pepe in Grani. The hotel an easy 20 minute drive to Caiazzo. Hotel Plana did a great job and lived up to its past reviews."

"Very friendly staff specially the nice lady at the breakfast buffet Also, great place next to a train station, 15 minutes to the city center"

"The location was ideal, train and taxi stand was 20 metres & you can walk there.. The Palazzo Reale was 100 metres walkable distance. Everthing was close, shopping, supermarket and restaurants. Our room was renovated and modern. A full continental style breakfast was included. It’s a convenient and comfortable hotel. Do not expect a Resort, or spa style. Happy with our choice."

"We booked an upgraded room. Hardly believe it’s rated as a 4 stars hotel. A primitive room not even as clean as for a 4 stars hotel."

"Convenient location if you have an early flight to catch out of Napoli Airport."
