Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile in qualsiasi evenienza, struttura pulitissima la sola nota negativa è la piscina che andrebbe curata un po' di più ma venendo anche i recenti interventi credo sia prossima ad un rinnovo, spero di farvi ritorno.

Bella struttura ma privo di manutenzione. Senso di completo abbandono. Muri scrostati, luci guaste, grucce nell'armadio della tintoria, stendibiancheria divelto, asse del water non fissato, doccia calda x 30 secondi poi fredda. Il peggio è che non c'è risposta ne assistenza ad ogni richiesta. Così conciato merita 2 stelle non 4. E'un vero peccato.

la nostra stanza era la migliore! ubicata all'ultimo piano e con un gradevolissimo balcone largo e spazioso con vista mare da sogno... (CHE TRAMONTI!!!) sky in camera con una bella tv grande. la cortesia e l'accoglienza della reception restano il punto chiave dell'hotel! (Enzo e Annarita sono davvero fantastici e davvero ti fanno sentire a casa, COMPLIMENTI) l'hotel purtroppo è un 4 stelle da "isola".. quindi non aspettatevi grandi servizi.. colazione DECISAMENTE SCARSA..3 cose ripetute ogni giorno (caffè, cappuccino, the.. un ciambellone fatto in casa in variante cioccolato o semplice.. cornetto alla crema e possibilità di avere yogurt.. ho sentito parlare di formaggio e salumi. Tutto gestito con ordinazione a voce per "normativa covid") servizio spiaggia (a pagamento anche per gli ospiti dell'hotel!!! 10€ al giorno a persona, qui davvero una caduta di stile incredibile per un hotel 4* che prende una cifra non da poco per una notte), accessibile anche agli esterni. ai clienti hotel non è garantito il lettino che è però è prenotabile con whatsapp SOLO il giorno prima. gestito quindi come lido separato! l'orario di apertura gestito "a sentimento".. tra le 9:45 e le 10:30.. la baia però davvero tranquilla e acqua spettacolare. servizio bar non pervenuto, esiste fisicamente ma non c'è un addetto. in sintesi: i prezzi alti (ma sicuraemtne in linea con l'isola), i servizi pressochè assenti, ma la posizione, cortesia del personale e la nostra stanza davvero ottimi.

Comfortable & clean hotel

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was sufficient, dinner choices were fine. Would I call it 4 star maybe not. Parking was a bonus find, fair play to receptionist juggling of cars.

Fantastic access to swimming!

Overall a nice and clean hotel! Very good airconditioner in the room. Fantastic access to swimming in the ocean just 100 meters across from the hotel with a restaurant and toilets. The breakfast could be better. It was kind of boring and not a lot of options. The service from the staff was great. Highly recommend!

Lever inte upp till sina fyra stjärnor

Hotellet lever inte upp till sina fyra stjärnor, standardpaket så som safety-box, kyl, produkter i badrum saknas. Endast två handdukar. Sängarna var två 90 sängar som man ställt ihop, som helst ville glida isär. Den ”privata” stranden ligger inte ens i anslutning till hotellet, vilket gör att bilderna är rätt missvisande. Poolen på hotellet är väldigt liten och det är inte fräscht eller i bjudande. Frukosten är ingen hit, här serveras endast ljust bröd med marmelad och nutella, yoghurt och vatten/juice i vita engångsmuggar. Helheten var en besvikelse. Synd för hotellet har potential.

Nettes Hotel, leider zu dicht an der Straße

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit großem Balkon und Blick auf das Meer. Der schöne Ausblick wird leider getrübt durch den Lärm von der direkt vor dem Hotel entlangführenden ständig stark befahrenen Inselringstraße. Die Zimmer nach hinten sind ruhiger, haben aber nicht die schöne Aussicht. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse o.k. Es gab nur ein Kaffeegetränk inclusive. Weiterer Gratiskaffee aus den Automaten war unterirdisch. Der hauseigene Strand ein paar Meter über die Straße öffnet leider erst ab 10.00 Uhr, wer vor dem Frühstück schwimmen möchte, muss noch einmal 300m weiter zum öffentlichen Strand gehen. Die Zimmerpreise schwanken stark, da lohnt ein Preisvergleich.

Hotel carino, in posizione comoda a 1 km dal porto di casamicciola. Da poco ristrutturato in stile mediterraneo offre una buona colazione e il personale è cortese. La mia stanza che dava sul retro e senza balcone presentava alcuni problemi con le luci, la cabina doccia, la chiusura della porta, il telefono senza linea. Ciò ha in parte compromesso il soggiorno. In ogni caso il personale si è offerto di provvedere e sistemare il tutto, anche se non sempre è stata trovata la soluzione. La sala della colazione ha un aspetto triste e dimesso rispetto al resto dell’hotel.

Lovely little hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to the town, with bus stops on your doorstep. Beautiful private beach as well. Only criticism, the room we stayed in was a little damp.

Ho prenotato l'ultima camera rimasta, appena qualche giorno prima del mio arrivo, per un Evento che mi è stato comunicato per l'appunto poco prima.Sono giunta in Hotel senza aspettative.La spesa era modesta considerato il periodo,ossia 10 agosto,altissima stagione,pertanto,mi ero immaginata una pensioncina alla buona.Altrochè!Un Hotel pulitissimo,una piscina piacevole e una ricchissima colazione!Tornerò!

Nära till bad men även till tät trafikerad vägväg

Bra läge med närhet till termalbad och busshållplats. Men litet utbud av bra restauranger i närheten. Personalen var mycket vänlig.

The 4 star rating is a JOKE.

The location isn't bad. The rooms that face the road are too noisy. The windows and the doors are in excellent condition and provide very good protection from the road noise, if air conditioner works. But... And here you have the whole story - nothing is in the working condition. We changed 3 rooms. In every room something was broken. There is no coffeemaker, no iron, no iron board. The shower stall is leaking out on the floor. The fan in the bathroom does not work, in the best case scenario it makes noise but does not move the air. The shower heads have never been cleaned. The towels for the face are made out of the thin fabric. I forgot when I saw such towels last time in my life. So, an impression that the owner does not putt a penny back into his business . The building itself is good, the rooms are very nice, the staff is very friendly and look guilty that they can do nothing for the good maintenance. The Wi-Fi was snail-slow and stopped working by the end of our stay.

Hotellets personal var väldigt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Tyvärr drar läget ner betyget då det är en hårt trafikerad väg precis utanför. Det ska även tilläggas att det inte finns Wi-fi på rummen utan enbart i receptionen. Tyvärr fanns det även brister i frukosten, det saknades varmt kaffe varje morgon så det fick vi be om. Det positiva var som sagt att personalen var hjälpsam och även att det var ett fint, rent rum.

close to the sea but horrible noisy street

the room very clean but the fridge didn't work properly although we asked for repairing it; there is a beautiful garden with a small pool unfortunately it was difficult to enjoy it because of an extremely busy street ( 24/7) just behind the fence; also you couldn't open the window in the room because of the noise; wi- fi didn't work fot the whole stay (1 week) in any place in the hotel even in the reception area;the plus was MD discount shop nearby; the staff in the hotel were very friendly and helpful too.
