"This place was clean, efficient and perfectly nice. We have had a few stays with absolutely extraordinary friendly service and rooms, so in comparison to that it’s a bit more sterile/corporate feeling than those. That’s the only reason for a bit lower score from me. I recommend trying to get a room on the high floors so you can see over the roof top. Great location, good service, clean rooms, some with a killer view. Definitely try to eat at Rosa Dos Ventos while you are here. And killer coffee at colores beans. "

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, and everything felt well organized. The location is also very convenient, especially if you are visiting the Sanctuary of Fátima, which is just a short walk away. "First, the location is FANTASTIC if you want to spend quality time at the Sanctuary of Fatima. It's just 100 steps to the Basilica of the Most Holy Trinity. Second, the staff there are great. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Third, the room is comfortable and well designed! So many power points/outlets. WiFi was strong. I'll stay here again!!!"
