If you are looking for an easy access stay to the airport and train station its a good choice. Room was clean and comfortable and staff was helpful and informative, theres a mall attached to the hotel which was convenient. You can catch a petite taxi easily to other city locations such as the the hasan 2 mosque which also has a larger mall 2 minutes away from it. and the hotel staff booked airport dedicated taxi for me for 4 am and Iam very grateful.

Nice hotel, worst service ive ever experienced!!
Where do I start? Ive never had to wait to check-in in when showing up an hour after the check-in time. Over 30 minutes. Ive never had to ask for an iron, its usually provided. They only gave 3 towels, one for your hands, one for the wet floor, and one for the shower. Key card wouldnt work and had to go all the way back down to get a new one, every.single.night. I asked them to fix the shower, and i felt like i walked into a murder scene upon my return, bootprints all over the hotel, a big red mark that couldve been blood and throughout the whole process of them cleaning my room, they acted like i was inconveniencing them!! They kept forgetting to clean my room, i had to literally request it, and they would show up so late- like 17:00! I killed a huge spider on the wall, and saw a cockroach in the lobby, that was interesting. Then they came with a supervisor to help me resolve these issues? No!! They came to tell me to keep my door closee at all times, and I explainer to them that average moroccan man would struggle to close this door. Its been jamming and you have to use a lot of strength. When i showed them that the both of them wouldnt be able to do it 5x a day like i has been doing, they apologized and walked away. They offered to fix it, but it was the last day of my 10 day stay, and me and my mom were just so exhausted with this hotel, I just told them to please leave me alone.

Comfort and convenience
Great choice for travelling to and from Casa Voyaguers. Location is not great but a small sacrifice for what is a very comfortable hotel stay.

Ok for a night or two
This hotel seems to be going through some renovations. Interior decorations are nice but the rooms and the service need to improve. We didn’t even have towels in the room. Had to ask for towels and then they dropped off 1 small and 1 medium size towels. They were quite old and reused many years. I’m certain that you find newer and better towels in homeless shelters. Don’t even give instant coffee but had a kettle in the room with 2 bags of tea for the 2 nights. Only thing going for this hotel is that the close proximity to the Casa Voyageurs train station which is the main reason for our booking.

- Notrechambre se trouvait sur le côté trop bruillant de l'hôtel. Le bruit vient d'un géant système de ventilation et de climatisation du centre d'achat à côté. Nous avons demandé de changer de chambre sur le côté moins bruillant mais on nous a dit que l'hôtel est complet. En plus, par la fenêtre on ne voit que ce gigantesque système de ventillation. - La télé ne captait aucune chaîne. Pas de signal. - Le coffre fort était verrouillé. Il fallait attendre un technicien pour le déverrouiller. Nous avons annulé la demande.

Very nice hotel , 10 min walk to Casa voyager train station , the hotel looks new , the room are very comfortable , large with nice bed , hot shower , small fridge and great AC and Wi-Fi . It is next to a mall with a large supermarket and food court as well ,highly recommended hotel

Best in Casablanca
We got there atc10am. Check in is at 2pm but they got us into a room right away. Great breakfast for around 7€. Staff was friendly and helpful. The entire hotel was extremly clean. Great location about 8 minute walk from train station and shopping center right next door. I love the name "Relax Hotel" because it is true...totaly Relaxing. Very quiet in room too. They are great ambassadors for Casablanca. Stay here, you will thank yourself.

Great place to stay if you need to be need Casa Voyageurs station, for example if you are catching a train to the airport the next day. Apart from the shopping centre right next door, there's otherwise not much to recommend the area itself. The hotel building and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are great. Breakfast has lots of options and is a very good deal.

Property is at a very good location. Very friendly staff. Carpet in the Hallway are disgusting- needs a new flooring. Bathroom has yellow stain. Cleaner needs to use more bleach to remove disgusting residue. Beautiful Lobby

Staff wanted to please but the facilities were limited. No towels were in the room and my wife had to go and get some about 6 hours after we checked in.

The staff were quite friendly and helpful, hotel lobby is quite clean. Good breakfast however, my room air condition wasn’t cooling at all.

Could do better.
Chose the hotel because I was arriving and leaving by train . The city centre and all sights are a good 30/40 min walk away. The room itself was big and bright and comfortable, with a good shower. Some elements of the service were a little lacking. It was nice to have a kettle but there was no cup or coffee, just 1 mint teabag which was not even replaced everyday. On one occasion I was left with no towels. The wifi also had bandwidth issues on one of the 3 nights rendering it almost useless. Breakfast was good enough, standard Moroccan fare but on one morning the buffet was not set up presumably due to lack of guests and a random plate was brought to the table. Finally my room key stopped working on the last morning and housekeeping had to let me in to get my bags . Not worth considering unless access to the station is important.

This is a nice place to stay if you just have a couple days in Casablanca. It is an 8min walk from the train station Casa Voyageurs. I would walk if you feel comfortable given that taxi drivers will try to go around in order to charge you more money. I learned that the hard way. The facility is small and not many amenities. You must request a hair dryer. There is none automatically in the room. The staff were fantastic and helpful. I would say that even though it’s close to a mall, it is located in an industrial area. There is not much around and my tour guide said it wasn’t safe to walk around at night. It is also very far away from all the tourist attractions (not walking distance) so if you want convenience to see all the monuments of Morocco, this is not the place to stay. Also, the rooms aren’t very sound proof. I could hear children yelling from another room and you can definitely hear traffic and the call for prayer (although those things didn’t bother me).
