"We had a room on the lower level and heard a horrible noise the first night. The Staff changed our room to an upper level and for the next two nights we had no noise. The staff was extremely accommodating to our needs. The hotel breakfast was immense. Many choices to choose from including fruits, cheese, meats, eggs, Capuchino, Teas, and much more. Quite the spread!"

The staff friendly and helpful while the rooftop bar provided great views and excellent service. We thought the breakfast was amazing and Hajji, Albert, and Priscilla anticipated our every want/need with a huge smile on their faces and genuine conversation. We will look to Palazzo Nainer for our next stay in Rome."
