"The space was very clean, and the staff are incredibly kind! I really loved how close it was to NoMa + Union Stations, as it made travel within the city incredibly easy. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fun getaway in D.C.!"

"There was a gentleman at the front desk sorry I didn’t catch his name, who was able to get me in my room when I arrived at 11am. I was previously told my room was not available until 1pm. This gentleman went above and beyond and was able to accommodate my early arrival. "

"Happy the staff told me it was a micro hotel before I entered the micro room. Everything was great at the hotel. I booked a queen and got a double room. If I wanted that room I would have saved the money and booked it with my reward points. Queen room wasn’t offered with my reward points. "

"The front desk staff dealt with a lot and you could tell they were stressed. The bellmen were all very kind. The breakfast was delicious and the bar downstairs excellent. "

"While the rooms are lovely and the sheets were immaculate, I needed help with three things - 1) the front desk had to send an engineer to help me set up the Chromecast (there really was an issue, but the engineer came up at 930 pm and solved it) 2) the shower head was old and was not providing sufficient water flow and was malleable enough to where me trying to clean the openings was just squishing them (the showerhead wasn’t just cleaned, it was replaced by the time I got back to the room, but that tells you about the state of the hardware), the shower curtain was dirty - and again, they replaced the single-layer one with a replaceable liner fabric one (which tells you you have to ask for a clean and a modern liner and a shower head that works because they won’t update it on their own), and the repair team left two sharp items on the floor as a failure of sweeping the floor after the repair. I brought them to the front counter and other than an apology there was no effort to remedy this (they asked me if I needed medical help after stepping on it). So, it’s nice…. But you have to ask for basics. They’ll come through and help but they’ll still miss the mark. I’d stay here again but I’d adjust expectations tremendously."

"This hotel is terrific. It's further than we usually stay to get to the offices we have meetings in when we are in town, but it was so delightful, the food was terrific and the staff were exceptional so the distance was okay because all of that made up for it. highly recommend."
