Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The property is in an excellent location that is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, and other local attractions. The complimentary breakfast was nice to have. In my room, the water pressure in the bathroom sink was a bit weak, but it worked just fine for basic usage. Also, because the property is so centrally located in an area known for its nightlife, it can get noisy at night, so be cautious of that if you're not used to street noise.

Lamentamos la inconformidad, fue un problema coyuntural debido al rompimiento de un tubo de agua cruda que abastece a la ciudad. El desabastecimiento fue general en toda la ciudad, las reservas del hotel fueron agotadas en su totalidad.

What I like, Boutique like feeling. like I was back in time. What i don't like is NO hot water for Shower & had to continuously have my AC room on the whole time because if not the room smells moldy. Time to time i don't know how but mosquitoes would end up in the room.

Best choice in the heart of the historic center.
Great little hotel. One must understand this is in the heart of the historical center. Everything is oriented toward tourists. While the prices are still reasonable all the restaurants are 2 to 4 times what a typical Colombian restaurant would be. This hotels location could not be better. A few blocks from the Transcarribe bus station and again in the heart of the historical center. You can walk to almost everything you may want to see including the castle or fortress. The staff in the hotel was very friendly. The breakfast is not the greatest but adequate g8ven the price during the pandemic. Just wish you could get more than 2 small cups of coffee. Lol. Charming place to stay. Very happy with it. Will stay here again on the next trip.

Super cute hotel. Courtyard overlooks an Italian restaurant. The hotel is also above a nice coffee shop. We went almost everyday.

Awesome place. Perfect location. Clean room. And cheap. The airport pickup was a little pricey (45,000 Colombian pesos, should only have to pay about 25,000 with a taxi), but besides that, everything was great

Checked in . Room was relatively clean but airconditioning was inoperative with outside air temps in the 80’s and high humidity. TV was inop as well. No possibility to change rooms😡

Great hotel, perfect location. Breakfast portions are small. This hotel charges per guest, so if you meet someone and bring them back, you have to register them; the hotel charges $100000 pesos per night per guest, FYI.. it isn't a small charge to simply cover breakfast. It's nearly an entire night's rate. The balcony is great, mosquitoes get in but if you run the ceiling fan that keeps them at bay because mosquitoes are poor flyers. Water pressure was pretty low but the shower was big. Street noise gets in as the drivers are relentless with their horns 24/7 but the hotel itself is kind of an oasis.

Do not stay there!
Rooms poorly maintained. Incompetent staff with poor hospitality skills. Lack of international language knowledge. I initially was given a room with no water and had to spend the night there after traveling for 20 hours.

The only benefit of staying at this hotel is its location, that’s it. Facilities were pretty basic. The bathroom didn’t have water the first day. Saw an earthworm creep into the shower. I guess you suck that for the location but I’m sure there are better options within the walled city. Staff were nice and tried to help - but they can only do so much!

75$ for laundry ?? Nice hotel, main floor looked like it went through a hurricane , for 100$ you can get a penthouse on the beach 1000 square feet 2 bed room. Much better options outside the city.

The staff were extremely helpful. The made to order breakfast was wonderful and staff very attentive. The hotel is in an old home from around 1620 and has a lot of charm and is very comfortable. We stayed longer than anticipated with so much to explore in the area. Very walkable and lots of good restaurants and coffee shops in the area.

There were no windows in any of the rooms, mine smelled stale deodorant, sheets and all. I had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to some crazy loud disco next door. Seems they stuck me in the loudest corner room even though many others were available.

Excellent location, nice breakfast. The hotel is simple With excellent location. If you are use to the Hilton Hotels then, this hotel will not be for you because it’s not modern, but super charming, clean and the A/C works excellent. I will stay there again.

I liked the Spanish style building. I found it to be very clean and airy. The staff were very polite and helpful. I went alone and felt very safe in the hotel and walking the walled city. It was close to the clock tower plaza where you can get the hop on hop off busses and water tours. It was ideal for my needs.

This hotel is a beautiful, well maintained old building with a coffee shop attached downstairs. It's right in the middle of the old City within walking distance of everything. Also really good breakfast just outside your room in the morning

Great location for activities in the Walled City. The breakfast was wonderful and really got you ready for a day of exploring. The best part was the staff. I can't say enough about how great they were. I do wish the hotel had outside space to enjoy. Overall a fantastic trip, a wonderful stay, and I can't wait to go back!

This place is a great option. I traveled with my two doughters and wife and of course we were worried about space and safety. Fortunately the hotel was very clean and room was clean and cozy. We had the basics and a nice view to the street where you can see people walking all day long. Overall, location was the best feature of this Hotel, since it is located right at the middle of everywhere. You have a nice and light breakfast every morning. I mean light because the portion will not be a Texas size, but a small and flavored one. The table where you eat is arranged with glass and porcelain next to a colorful garden that gives a fresh environment to the guests. Staff is very nice and helpful. Not a lot of English speakers though, but for me this wasn’t a problem. I would definitely alert those who are seeking for a calm and relaxing place. This Hotel has two types of rooms, those next to the street with a balcony and those with no balcony. We got the nice view of the balcony but every night the party in Colombia starts around 10 pm and still you can hear a lot of noise and cars around 1-2 am. For us, it was tolerable but I’m sure people could sleep at all due to this. Also, it is hard to find. If you are getting there via taxi, the sign on the street is small but you will find it if you also ask for Cafe Central which is a small cafeteria located on the first floor. You walk inside the cafeteria and go to the stairs to go to the second floor where the lobby is located.
