"Beautiful location with lovely, comfortable accomodation. The night staff were very friendly, accomodation and helpful on our arrival. We felt very welcome. However the day time reception staff were quite abrupt and rude not only to us but we watched a few other guests get 'told off' for petty things. Was rather unfortunate to witness. It spoilt the mood immediately. The lounge area was so relaxing with gorgeous views. The pool area was nice and clean but the floors are quite smooth and slippy!"

"Fantastic stay over Christmas with the family. Lovely and warm when arrived and lovely welcoming gift and card on the table and a xmas tree all lit up for us. Felt very welcoming. Hot tub a big hit as well. Kitchen facilities great and enough dishes to do a Christmas dinner for the whole family. Would highly recommend."
