"The room we stayed in was in need of deep cleaning. There was an unpleasant smell and the floors looked dingy and in need of replacement. The bathroom sink made a terrible sound and there were no wash clothes. I called and asked for some, but no one ever brought them. "

"Upon arrival to the hotel we were welcomed by a rat in the main lobby. Staff didn’t seem this was a big deal and kinda ignored it. Coffee shop was out of certain milk and lids for our hot coffee cups. The Bautista was incredibly apologetic and handled the situation with a great customer service skill. Having breakfast at the restaurant, felt like the waiting staff was not that much attentive, maybe working short staffed or just tired, almost halfway through the meal we needed to ask for water , and few small things that were missing or needed attention that unfortunately were not recognized by the wait staff. Otherwise the stay was fair. Nice property with a fun pool. Calm . "

"Great location and clean, refreshed room. There was a lot of construction going on (no elevator, lobby closed, downsized breakfast, workers everywhere). Once complete it will be nice, but it was surprising there were no advisories when booking the hotel considering there are no rooms on the ground level and no elevator access for a month. "
