"We had a pretty first experience at a Wyndham hotel. I sent an email to express how disappointed we were with our stay and we just got an automated “oh well hope to see you spend your money again with us” We arrived at 3pm to check in, rooms were not ready, but it was our fault the rooms were not ready. Was told to wait over an Hour with no sorry or anything for the inconvenience. staff was rude and always on their phones. Housekeeping was also terrible and rude. We booked three rooms and one had a dirty pair of underwear on the floor another had a dog that just barked the whole time. No one ever said hi or bye to us or even acted like we were there. Not worth the price, customer service is terrible spend your money elsewhere."
