"Breakfast was great"

"The hotel is big and clean. It has 3 pools. What we loved most is the huge bedroom. We had a separate living room which was also big. The bathroom was good size. The water pressure was strong. The air conditioner in the bedroom had a separate control from the living room. Staff was friendly. There is a casino and a restaurant. Free shuttle service to and from the SJO airport. Free breakfast available too. We had to leave before they started serving so they packed us a sandwich, juice, water, apple and cupcake which was nice. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to the city mall, which provides so many options for walking, shopping, eating and drinking. Also convenient is the fact that the free shuttle offered to the airport is only a 5 minute ride. The hotel has a lobby bar, that offers food until 10 pm and there is a poolside bar on the 4th floor which is nice. Definitely recommend staying if you have an early flight out."

"Very well equiped room. Excellent housemaid service. Friendly Reception and Restaurant staff.Great hot breakfast. Safe and secure underground free car parking. Quiet room, free laundry room with washers and dryers. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hotplates, plates, cutlery etc. Highly recommended."

"The representative at check-in was so helpful, selecting a great room, arranging airport transportation, and even ordering a to-go breakfast because we had an early flight. Room was clean and comfortable. Food in the restaurant was very good. Hearing highway noise was the only downside, but not bad. I would recommend this hotel."
